The recall decision came as a result of safety concerns over babies sleeping at a 30-degree angle, not the report of any injuries or fatalities. This decision comes after Fisher-Price recalled about 4.7 million Rock ‘n Play Sleepers in April, 2019 that had been responsible for over 30 infant deaths in 10 years as a result of mis-use.

The “use by” date is Feb. 26, 2021, which can be found on the bottom of the package.
The recall comes without any reports of injuries.

Keystone RV Company has announced that it is recalling 79 Dutchmen Voltage trailers, (model-year 2019-2020, model 4185) due to the possibility that the wrong fifth wheel pin box hitch was installed. An 18,000 lb.-capacity fifth wheel pin box hitch may have been installed instead of the specified 21,000 lb-capacity pin box hitch. The danger is that if a vehicle were loaded to a weight more than 18,000 pounds, the pin box could fail which increases the risk of crash.
