

Walmart Pulls Infant formula Nationwide Because of Consumer Report of Metal in Product
On June 21, 2019 Perrigo Co. LLC recalled their Parent’s Choice Advantage infant formula, which is sold exclusively at Walmart stores, because of a consumer report about metal in the product. According to the report of FDA.gov, the recall affects over 23,000 containers of the 35-ounce product with lot number C26EVFV. The “use by” date is Feb. 26, 2021, which can be found on the bottom of the package.
The recall comes without any reports of injuries.

Keystone Announces Fifth Wheel Recall of Model Year 2019-2020 Dutchmen Voltage Trailers
Keystone RV Company has announced that it is recalling 79 Dutchmen Voltage trailers, (model-year 2019-2020, model 4185) due to the possibility that the wrong fifth wheel pin box hitch was installed. An 18,000 lb.-capacity fifth wheel pin box hitch may have been installed instead of the specified 21,000 lb-capacity pin box hitch. The danger is that if a vehicle were loaded to a weight more than 18,000 pounds, the pin box could fail which increases the risk of crash.

Honda to Recall 650,000 Odyssey Minivans in 2017
Honda Motor Co announced on Thursday that it will be issuing a voluntarily recall of some 650,000 Odyssey minivans in the U.S. this year.
