Thomas Henry Fryer was born in Seattle, Washington. He has resided in Bellingham for the past 24 years having graduated from Western Washington University in 1989. Mr. Fryer received his law degree from Gonzaga University in 1993.

He has handled complex cases in all areas of law. Mr. Fryer previously obtained a favorable result in a trial for a client accused of importing the largest quantity of marijuana in the history of the United States-Canadian Border. Currently Tom specializes in criminal defense, personal injury claims and general civil litigation, including municipal law.

As a result of Mr. Fryer’s broad experience, talent and standing in the legal community of Washington State he has been a criminal law guest lecturer for continuing legal educational courses for Washington State attorneys.

Mr. Fryer is a past President of the Whatcom County Bar Association and is a member of the Federal Bar Association; United States District Court, Western District of Washington; Washington State Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys; Washington State Bar Association; and the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys. Mr. Fryer is married, has one son and is an avid sportsman.
